Giancarlo Zema create a new kind of restaurant, Nymphaea. The floating restaurant draws its inspiration from water plants with beatiful flowers. The circular structure (flower) of 18 metres diameter is interrupted by a distribution of 15 circular elements (petals) in laminated wood. The three levels, connected by a staircase which goes up a cylindrical structure (pistil), hold 175 people and the underwater floor is at 4 meters under sea level .
